Business Development Manager (India)
Experience - 5 to 9 years Location: Mumbai
  • Sales person will establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and current client base.
  • Sales enablement; soliciting new clients; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations and proposals
  • Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients
  • Expand market awareness of our products and services and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
  • Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail)

Sr. Business Intelligent Architect & Practice Manager (US)
The Business Intelligence (BI) Architect & Practice Manager role is to strategically design, implement, analyze and support BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses, and report writing.

This includes the following three groups of activities:
  • Data Architect and Analyst: Develop analytics solutions aligned with business focus and priorities, by leveraging standard tools and domain experts. Work effectively with cross-functional teams and technical leads to determine, define, and deploy analytics solutions to meet business goals. Evaluate business objectives, determine stakeholder needs, and identify requirements. Design, develop, and implement data models for enterprise-level applications and systems. Choose best fit methods, define algorithms, validate, and deploy models to achieve business results. Perform necessary data preparation and enhancements to models.
  • Business Reporting; examine and evaluate reporting requirements for the customer. Use proven knowledge of specialized reporting tools (like Qlik/Tableau/Power BI) to develop reporting structures as required. Also responsible for proactively generating, analyzing and compiling reports based on his or her finding, complete with recommended improvements to – or new requirements for – business processes, operational procedures, and their corresponding reporting structures.
  • Practice Manager: Help enhance and extend the BI practice as a major offering of the company. Work with the Sales and Marketing to support the Practice activities and help in getting and closing BI related services work. Work on expanding the practice to enhance and extend the delivery capacity. Support various BI related engagements in architecting and delivering the solutions.
  • Master or Bachelor in Statistics/Math/Computer Science or related field or equivalent IS/business experience.  Master's degree preferred.
  • Three years or more of Business Intelligence experience.
  • Expert in SQL, Cubes, Excel and Pivot Tables.
  • Expert in Reporting solutions like Qlik, Tablaeu or Power BI
  • Microsoft MSCE: Business Intelligence Certification or equivalent.

Channel Operations Manager (Mumbai)
  • Responsible for overall market coverage both quantity and quality of channel with 7-10 years of experience
  • Develop programs to meet channel needs and match competitive offerings
  • Develop operational function to support the indirect route to market
  • Build, lead & manage the Channel Programs and Operations team and utilize all available resources to achieve results (including partner engagement managers)
  • Develop, communicate and execute channel plans, incorporating as well as medium and long terms goals
  • Execute marketing initiatives pricing, and promotions
  • Work closely with channel partners, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve the partner experience and ensure positive business outcomes

Lead: SharePoint (India)
  • 6-10 years of experience with understanding of the requirements of the customer and designing software solutions as per the requirements.
  • Proficient in development and coding of applications using .NET, SharePoint and its various components to meet feature specifications and technical designs.
  • Strong experience of working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) with service-oriented architectures. Analyze and plan various models before deciding on the best one.
  • Has the experience with different tools and frameworks as part of the technical architecture/design processes and designs the best possible architecture within the specified budgets.
  • Must have the capability to implement desired design patterns (like: MVC, MVP, MVVM, etc.) and good understanding of OOPS concept.

SharePoint Developer/Engineer (India)
  • 2-6 years of working knowledge and passion for best coding practices, software design and development with an equivalent to hands on experience in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2010 using IDE Visual Studio/ Napa office365 dev tools.
  • Should have workflow development knowledge using SharePoint workflow designer/ K2/ Nintex.
  • Has good exposure of handling implementation, configuration, administration and customization of SharePoint.
  • Should have knowledge of Bootstrap, knockout, jQuery, HTML5, CSS.
  • Must be familiar with project models using web standard including OData, REST, OAuth.
