Out of 15+ finalists, Advaiya has achieved top 5 position for its industry-specific solution designed for retail and consumer goods businesses. In this hackathon, another solution designed by Advaiya team for travel and hospitality industry has received an honorable mention. These  solutions were built on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and tailored for industry specific solution for retail and travel. 

To build and design these solutions, Advaiya team has invested efforts in understanding real-world challenges faced by the industries, identifying the innovation areas to help industries sustain in this new normal world, and putting together a market-ready solution using Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Machine Learning, and Mixed Reality.  

Advaiya’s idea for its solution delivery for “Intelligent Retail with Customer Insights” was labeled “revolutionary” and was identified as an implementation that could achieve “good market success” once put together. Advaiya’s effort was also recognized on two other points: 

  1. “Good use of Customer Insights platform with Power platform and extended learning blocks of ML [machine learning] or in-house solutions.  
  2. “End-to-end Industry use case derived fully by the team showed an example of integrity.  

The solution brings together scattered customer data from organizations’ different line-of-business applications, customer service and e-commerce portal and unifies the data to create a 360-degree customer profile, discovers the hidden business insights, and defines customer segments to empower sales and marketing efforts and deliver personalized customer experience to each customer. 

The integrated solution has some modern components like mobile app, chat bot and intuitive dashboards to help organizations make factful decisions and serve their customers effectively and efficiently, whenever and wherever they are. 

The hackathon event was comprised of four stages including orientation, mentor connect, solution building and final hack review. In this eight-week event, Microsoft panelists has evaluated submissions based on their level of innovation, real-world impact, and execution. All award winners will receive Microsoft Certification voucher and cash prize.
