Experience: 4–6 years
You will be responsible for leveraging Microsoft’s collaboration and productivity tools to help organizations enhance their business processes, automate workflows, and streamline operations. This role involves expertise in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Design SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions to meet client needs, leveraging the full capabilities of these platforms.
- Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, web parts, and workflows to align with client requirements.
- SharePoint Online custom development using JavaScript Object Model (JSOM).
- Implement information architecture, metadata, and content types for effective data management.
- Design and create Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
- Build Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks, integrate systems, and improve productivity.
- Integrate SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems to optimize workflows.
- Develop connectors and APIs to enable seamless data exchange between platforms.
- Provide training and workshops to clients and end-users on how to effectively use SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
- Drive user adoption by demonstrating the value and capabilities of the platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate implementations.
Qualifications and skills:
- B. Tech/MCA/master’s in computer science or equivalent years of experience in relevant fields.
- 4-6 years’ experience with SharePoint Development (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate) Customization and Development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- SharePoint Online Information Architecture – lists, libraries, security groups, permissions.
- Power Apps canvas app development.
- Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
- jQuery and CSS for front-end customization
