Microsoft team was looking for a one stop web-based tool to enable their sales team to select the enterprise account, see the current licensing landscape and select a product based on their current user base.

Advaiya developed a Project Value Proposition Generator (PVPG) tool that searches for a particular account, shows the effective license position (ELP) and suggests the default product mapping. Based on the quantity needed, pricing and discount, the tool calculates the extended values, subtotal and total. The PVPG tool also shows promotional savings and offers compared, and allows users to export the PowerPoint presentation for the selected information.
